GYM RULES

  • WALK-IN TO OUR GYM, UNDERSTAND THE LIMITATIONS, ANALYSE TWICE AND JOIN GYM WITH A CLEAR FITNESS GOAL NOT WITH COMPLAINTS.
  • GYM is CLOSED on all SUNDAYS and REGIONAL/RELIGIOUS holidays.
  • 2025 Holidays:
    Jan 14 (Tue) - Pongal, Mar 31 (Mon) - Ramzan, Apr 14 (Mon) - Tamil New Year, May 1 (Thu) - May Day, Aug 15 (Fri) - Independence Day, Aug 16 (Sat) - Krishna Jayanthi, Aug 27 (Wed) - Vinayagar Chathurthi, Oct 1 (Wed) - Ayutha Pooja, Oct 2 (Thu) - Gandhi Jayanthi, Oct 20 (Mon) - Deepavali, Dec 25 (Thu) - Christmas.
  • GYM TIMINGS: 06:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Always try to reach before an hour from the gym closing time.
  • For everyone's safety, gym will be CLOSED strictly in the time of NATURAL DISASTERS (such as heavy rains, cyclones, etc.)
  • NO subscription Refund/Conversion/CarryForward/Freeze/Transfer options available for any kind of personal reasons including medical reasons.
  • All CARD TRANSACTIONS come with a charge of 2.5% to 3.5%.
  • Renewals has to be done on or before the subscription end date. One day grace period workout is allowed
  • As our majority clients are for weight loss, we maintain room temperature in ACs (24-28° C), strictly NO AC in the DANCE/CARDIO floor.
  • Shoes MUST. Don't wear your shoes while coming from home, bring your shoes and wear them here inside the club and remove them before you leave the club.
  • Towel is MANDATORY, use it on all the equipment before you use it. If you sweat more, wipe seats after you use them, try to bring spare t-shirts, water bottles, gloves, etc., if needed.

  • RE-RACK your dumbbells, weight plates, and barbells back in their place.
  • RESPECT the machine, drop weights carefully with CONTROL. COMPENSATION AMOUNT will be collected, if any damage happens to equipment/premises.
  • Choose weights based on your POWER, if needed take trainers ASSISTANCE.
  • In your rest time between sets, you need to vacate the machine when other people are waiting or at least ask if they want to work in.
  • Try to buy/bring shoes with RUBBER soles for agility workouts.
  • Only ONE-TIME WORKOUT session (morning or evening) is allowed per day.
  • Strictly don't bring you kid to the club for workout at any cost.
  • RO purified water will be available inside club, taste will be slightly different as the ground water taste differs from other areas. If taste really matters kindly try to BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE for safer side.
  • Your workout partner should not be your trainer. So don't request or force our trainer to workout with you at any cost.

  • Make sure you FILL THE FORM (via link sent to your WhatsApp No) before you start your workout inside the gym. Photo ID Proof & Address Proof is MANDATORY or else subscription will be CANCELLED immediately.
  • Timings will differ for other trainings. Contact corresponding trainers for further details.
  • Give people PERSONAL SPACE, only give advice when asked.
  • Talking more inside the gym is not an exercise.
  • Scrolling mobile, sending messages inside the gym won't help you build muscle. Using socila media and taking calls inside floor is strictly not allowed.
  • Take care of your belongings (for ex: shoes, bags, mobile phones, gloves, water bottles, yoga mats, etc), the club is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage.
  • AVOID talking on the phone inside the workout area.
  • Be mindful of your surroundings.
  • Freelancing is not allowed for outside fitness trainers. If any, subscription(s) will be SUSPENDED right away with NO REFUND.
  • Club Management/Trainers has all rights to CANCEL your subscription immediately with NO REFUND, if you misbehave or dont follow any of the above.
