- NO refund (or) No Subscription CarryForwarding/Transferring/Freezing options available. All credit and debit card transactions come with a charge of 2.5% to 3.5%.
- Make sure you FILL THE FORM (via link sent to your WhatsApp No) before you start your classes inside the floor. Photo ID Proof & Address Proof is MANDATORY or else subscription will be CANCELLED immediately.
- Shoes MUST. DON'T WEAR your shoes while coming from home, bring your shoes and wear them here inside the club and remove them before you leave the club.
- Always check WHATSAPP GROUP before every session to know the next session's timings or any other updates.
- Being PUNCTUAL is expected for every class. Trainer has the right to NOT ALLOW students in class if they are late.
- Prior intimation to the respective trainer of the class should be given by the student in case he/she is going to be LATE OR LEAVE for class under unavoidable circumstances. She/he also has the option to come to class, sit aside and observe the class.
- Multiple (60%) absence will lead to CANCELLATION of the session, which club will not take responsibility and compensate.
- For the trainers and students safety, classes will be CANCELLED strictly in the time of NATURAL DISASTERS such as heavy rain, cyclone, etc. No compensation will be provided for this CANCELLATION.
- Students are not expected to miss classes errantly. In case of unavoidable circumstances(including illness or any other emerygency issues), if a student misses a session, he/she will be marked as ABSENT for that class and NO COMPENSATION will be provided for the same.
- We retain the right to change the advertised program of classes in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather.
- We request payment in ADVANCE on a monthly basis. NO REFUNDS are given for days when the student is not in attendance.
- In exceptional circumstances an agreement may be reached to pay in arrears; however, you will still be committing to pay for the full amount.
- A 10% FAMILY DISCOUNT is offered when two or more members of the family dance with us.
- Late Payment: Should fees not be settled within two weeks of the starting date, the student will be asked to CEASE TO ATTEND.
- Students must adhere to the specific UNIFORM CODE for whichever dance form they are training for.
- Girls must tie their hair in a neat bun. Wearing any unwanted jewellery or accessories during the class is NOT ALLOWED.
- Students are also expected to carry the right footwear for their class as informed by the trainer. Street shoes/outside footwear will NOT be allowed in class. Students are expected to carry separate dance shoes as instructed by the trainer.
- Adult Students must keep their cell phones on SILENT MODE or switch them off during class activities.
- Students are NOT ALLOWED to use the studio space after or before class time or in the absence or without the permission of a trainer.
- In case trainers CANCELS a class, then a cover up will be provided for the missed session within 3 weeks of CANCELLATION.
- Always try to reach 10 mins before the class starts.
- Students are NOT ALLOWED to chew gum at any given point and time during their presence in the class.
- Strictly student's parents are NOT ALLOWED inside the floor when session is going on.
- Towel is MANDATORY, use it wisely when you dance, try to bring spare t-shirts, water bottles, etc., if needed.
- Timings will differ for other batches. Contact corresponding trainers for further details.
- Give people PERSONAL SPACE, only give advice when asked.
- Take care of your belongings (for ex: shoes, bags, mobile phones, water bottles, yoga mats, etc), the club is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage.
- AVOID talking on the phone inside the dance floor area.
- Be mindful of your surroundings.
- Club Management/Trainers has all rights to CANCEL your subscription immediately with NO REFUND, if you misbehave or dont follow any of the above.
